This is my final concept page of my final flyswatter design.

Wooden mock-up. Just to get a design direction as to how my handle is going to look like and foam mock-up of different handle so that the egonomics are explored.

Flyswatter injection mould pattern being sparyed with rubbered finish. This is a two-part mould that consist of the a split line on the side. The sweep/cut at the top of the handle is so that the head slots inside; this increases its strength.
The three open slot on the upper part on the handle is for flexiblity. The curve sweeps/cut are for comfortable handling.
Final ABS patterns being sprayed in suitable colours for Raid.
